David’s Early Years

David Davidson was born in 1823 in Gilgad, County Antrim, Ireland. Brother James was born in 1811 and brother Thomas was born about 1815 both in Ireland. Sister Catherine was born in 1839.

David Davidson and Sarah Knox

David Davidson and Sarah Know were married in abut 1842 in Ireland. They had 6 children between 1840-1853. The Davidson family emigrated to Canada in 1853. Sarah passed away in 1892. She was about 68 years of age. David passed away January 27, 1903 in Bourg Louis, Quebec at the age of 81.
