PURPOSE AND PHILOSOPHY

"Purpose" and "Philosophy" are rather sophisticated words to describe what I intend this page to be - namely:

1. Why I am doing this?

2. What I plan to enter into the various pages on this site.

3. What I will not enter into the pages on this site.

First of all, why am I doing this?

The basic reason for doing this is to provide a forum for others to view and if they are able to provide further information, to contact me to enter such information for the benefit of others, or if so inclined, to have them learn how to directly enter information after obtaining a login ID and password. Text and pictures are both welcome.

The second part, regarding what I am entering, and plan to enter, is anecdotes regarding any related individual for which I have such information (along with the factual information where it exists).

The third part, regarding what I will not enter, or allow to be entered into the pages of this site, is any information about living people, for the protection of privacy, and to prevent identity theft.

Along with that, I do not plan to publish a more complete genealogy on any website for the same reason. If anyone wants a copy of a more comprehensive, but factual, family history, then they can communicate with me directly.
