William’s Early Years

Little is known of the early years for William.

William and Elizabeth

After William passed away in early 1628/29, his widow Elizabeth re-married later that same year, on the eighth of September. At St. Mary's Church in Woolpit, Suffolk, she was wed to John Bridgham, a widower. His daughter Mary, by his previous marriage, would later go over to the new colony and marry Elizabeth's second son, Thomas.
