ROY BENEDICT -- Obituary -- Benedict Roy suddenly at the Meaford General Hospital on Friday November 14, 1986. Roy Benedict, beloved husband of Bertha Brown. Dear father of Gwen (Mrs. George Bleich) and Betty (Mrs. William McIntyre), both of St. Catharines. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Dear Brother of Margaret (Mrs. Mac Lourie) of Owen Sound. Predeceased by two brothers Gordon and Earnest and one Sister Clara. Resting at the Gardiner Funeral Home, Meaford where the funeral service and committal will be held on Monday, November 17th at 2 p.m. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. Visiting at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Gidion Memorial Bible Society or the Meaford General Hospital would be appreciated.

BERTHA BENEDICT -- Obituary -- Benedict, Bertha Maud Passed away at Versa Care, St. Catharines on Wedensday, May 29, 2002. The former Bertha M. Brown in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Roy Benedict (1986). Dear mother of Gwendolyn (Mrs. George Bleich) and Betty (Mrs. William McIntyre) both of St Catharines. Sadly missed by seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. Survived by one brother Everett Brown of Wiarton and sisters Pearl Johnstone and Florence Keeling. Resting at the Gardiner-Wilson Funeral Home, Meaford where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, June the 1st at 1:30 p.m. Interment Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford. Visiting one hour prior to the funeral service (12:30 to 1:30). As your expression of sympathy donations to the Gideon Bible Society or the Meaford General Hospital Memorial Fund would be appreciated. Special Thanks to all nurses on second floor who made Mother's last days cheerful.
