Parents of Phoebe:

---+++_Phoebe’s Early Years_
Phoebe appears with her parents and siblings on the 1851 Census in Thurlow Township, Hastings County, she is five years old.

After Phoebe's mother's death in 1857, it is apparent that Phoebe, along with her siblings, went to live with families in the community.  

Phoebe Benedict (spelled FEBY)can be found on the 1861 Census in Camden Township, Lennox & Addington County, she is 16 and living with Eliza & John Keller.  It is possible that this Eliza Keller was the same Eliza 'Benedict' that appeared with William and Rachel and family on the 1851 Census.

Then in 1871 Phoebe is in Sidney Township, Hastings County, age 24 and living in the home of the Chisholms.

Nothing else can be found on Phoebe after the 1871 Census.
