Besides holding most of the principalo town offices, has been justice of the peace many years, associate judge of Putnam Co., and member of the legislature, 1847. He was ruling elder for a long period of the Presbyterian Church, Patterson, NY. resides on the paternal homestead, present occupation: farming.
