She was born December 14, 1852, the daughter of James Benedict and [[KatherineBenedict1823][Katherine Benedict]], and died on February 7, 1913. ---+++_The Final Years for Jacob_ Little is known of the final years for Jacob and Sarah Jane. ---+++_Footnotes_ 1. Most of the rough information was obtained from handwritten notes by Donna Parker of New Minas, Nova Scotia. Obtained by J.B. on a personal visit the summer of 2004. Deceased was a member of St. Michael's Anglican Church and was held in high esteem for her many good qualities. The funeral was held the following Sunday and was largely attended.
