quilt-1.jpg Benedict quilt Benedict quilt was presented to Emily B. Nears by her step-mother, Margaret Guild Benedict in 1856. It is now owned by Lisa Erlandson, a quilt appraiser in Texas. To the right of Lisa is Jim Benedict (webmaster) and his wife Joan. The quilt was on display for a quilt seminar of the Alberta Quilt Study Society in Calgary, on 19 Oct 2014.
